The surgery can be performed under local anesthesia or under general anesthesia without hospitalization for a period of thirty to forty-five minutes.

Lengthening penoplasty should be combined with thickening. It will allow to increase the diameter of the penis, at rest and in erection.

Thickening of the penis: Result observed at rest and in erection

If the length of the penis remains unchanged over time, additional sessions of fat injections are often necessary in order to obtain the desired thickening volume. Indeed, after a session, the penis gains 2 to 3 cm in circumference. This increase in size can evolve and reach 3 to 5 cm after 3 sessions.
